Postage and Handling

Postage occurs at approximately 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Orders with items marked as ‘Dangerous Goods’ will incur a shipping fee of $25 (inc GST).

We use NZ Couriers to ship out orders; generally taking between 2 and 5 days depending on your location.

We use plain boxes/envelopes for all online orders, with no Advanced Hair Studio labeling on outer packaging.

For NZ Couriers, tracking is available and your parcel can be tracked using their website. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be registered on NZ Couriers Tracking System.
